Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within 24-72 hours of your order. Your items will be protected throughout shipment as they will arrive in a small 100% recycled cardboard box.
Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.

If your online order does not meet your expectations you may return for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt. Items returned after two weeks of receipt will receive store credit only. Please note that clearance and custom items are final sale. Items are not eligible for returns after one month of receipt. Please contact me with your order # and names of items you wish to return.
Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging or they will not be eligible for a full refund. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we have received the return shipment less the cost of your our original shipping charges.

I accept exchanges for any items purchased within one month of receipt. Please contact me with your order # and the items you’d like to exchange. Items exchanged for a lesser value will qualify for a refund to your original form of payment for the remaining amount.
You’re in luck! I offer repairs on any Jac & Violet product purchased through my online store or any of our authorized retailers. Any manufacturing flaw, earring post replacement, broken clasp, chain, wire wrapping, or jump ring issue is fixed free of charge. You are responsible for shipping the item to us and we will cover return shipping.
Repairs must be authorized by Jac & Violet before being shipped. Please contact me with the following information: item description, repair issue, a photo of the damage, and your desired return shipping address.
I try my best to repair any item we've made. Note that some older items may require components that are no longer in stock, discontinued, or were one-of-a-kind pieces and will not be eligible for a repair.
Repairs are typically completed and shipped out within 1 week of receipt of the item.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
All Jac & Violet jewelry is made by hand in Minneapolis, MN. Polymer clay is one of the primary materials used and offers vibrant colors for bold shapes without being heavy. In fact, most Jac & Violet jewelry is super light. Major win for those earlobes. All earring posts are stainless steel. Many pieces have gold foil on or in them which requires them to be sealed. The sealant is waterproof and non-toxic. We also use some gemstones and brass components. Brass will naturally darken or patina over time.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Jac & Violet jewelry often has brass components, which will naturally darken/patina over time. I think it looks pretty rad either way, but if you want to bring it back to it’s shiniest self you can polish it with a silver cloth or polishing pad. Please don't put any chemicals on it or around the clay pieces.
While the gold foil is sealed on the clay, the sealant is not impenetrable. Avoid throwing your jewelry in your purse, pocket, or really any place where it can get scratched. Treat it like it’s special and loved, and it will love you back for a long time to come.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you received an item different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Contact me within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. As soon as we receive the wrong item we will ship a replacement.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT?
I will do my best to replace any item that arrived damaged! If the clay pieces themselves are damaged, I may not be able to replace it due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my work. And if I can't replace it, I will give you a refund. But contact me first so I can assess the issue. If it can be replaced, I will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. As soon as we receive the damaged item we will ship a replacement.
